Our Mission
We're 'Great Commission Recruiters' Showing You How to Get 'Great Commission Results'.
In 2015 our lives and ministry were permanently changed. After months of study, fasting and prayer, we came to understand that the Great Commission is the Church's mission and there is no other mission! We define this as the Great Commission Triangle.
What is the Great Commission Triangle?
Evangelism, discipleship, and the demonstration of the power of God. It all functions in the community of the church which does the work of the ministry, Jesus' ministry.
Our Work
We partner with Pastors to cultivate healthy churches by honing their Mission, enhancing their Methods, and amplifying their Message—all in harmony with Christ's overarching vision.
Our work revolves around the "3 M's" of church health: Mission, Method, and Message.
We collaborate closely with Pastors, helping them align their individual visions with the ultimate vision of Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, to foster thriving, impactful congregations.

Our Experience
With almost two decades of ministry experience, we've developed proven frameworks, teachings, and systems for churches.
We've worked as volunteers, paid staff, and senior pastors in large ministries and small communities.
By working together with the Pastors' vision and Jesus' charge to the Church, we equip with the tools, truths, and strategies needed.
